I. GENERAL INFORMATION OF THE PLANETARY GEARED-MOTORS AND THE EXPLANATION OF HOW TO USE THEIR PROSPECT DATA
1) The Planetary Geared-motors family includes geared-motors and reduction gears only with the nominal pitch diameter of the toothed ring 250 …400 mm which according to the kinematic diagram are divided into:
a) geared-motor planetary - GMP
b) geared-motor wave – GMW with non-deformable connecting link
c) geared-motor wave with a protective connector – GMW.PC;
d) geared-motor planetary-wave – GMPW
Wave gears with non-deformable connecting link are modified planetary geared-motors with a very small difference in the number of teeth of the clutching wheels (1?2) due to which one can reach higher coefficient of the overlapping and increased carrying capacity.
Great kinematic possibilities and a relatively low noise distinguish the family when the geared-motors are normally loaded. The big advantage is the reaching of great gear ratios (up to 1000) with a relatively simple construction and a small number of details.
The reduction gears are fixed with a flange and a stand. Can be manufactured with a hollow and a solid low speed shaft.
2). The connection between the size of the geared-motor, electric motor power, nominal frequency of the low speed shaft rotation, nominal gear ratio, torque moment of the low speed shaft and the weight of the geared-motor is given in Table 1:
! The most important data at ordering of this type of geared-motors are as follows:
(1) type of the reduction gear: GMP - GMW - GMW.PC or GMPW.
(2) nominal pitch diameter of the toothed ring: 250 or 400
(3) gear ratio: 1000 - 800 - 500 - 400 - 250 or 23
(4) electric motor type: T 80 B-4, T 80 B-6, MO 112 M-6, etc
(5) type of the output shaft: solid or hallow
! The proximate description of the geared-motor planetary-wave with the nominal pitch diameter of the toothed ring = 250 mm, gear ration i = 100 and the electric motor MO 112 Mk-6 is GMW.PC 250-100 / MO 112 Mk-6.
! The proximate description of the geared-motor wave with the nominal pitch diameter of the toothed ring = 250 mm, gear ratio i = 100 and the electric motor T 80 B-4 is GMW 250-100 / T 80 B-4.
! The proximate description of the geared-motor planetary 400 with the electric motor power = 22 kW, explosion proof, output revolution = 43.4 min-1 is GMP 400.00.00-BAO 72.6.
3). The overall and joining dimensions should correspond to fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 3 and Table 2.
4). The firm reserves the right to change the construction of the geared-motor except changing the joining dimensions without notifying the clients.
