I. GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE ELASTIC COUPLINGS AND EXPLANATION HOW TO WORK WITH THEM

1. The normal couplings NC and the light couplings LC are designed to generate turning moment from 27 to 7160 Nm. The turning moment is generated through an elastic element, which is rubber rings in a package put upon thumbs. The package is assembled in the holes of the half coupling with a radial backlash and thus the geometry of the knot allows the compensation of radial and angular dislocations.

!. These are the most important parameters when ordering these types of couplings:
( 1) type of the coupling: normal coupling NC or light coupling LC;
(2) Diameters of the holes: d1 and d’1
!. A symbol for normal coupling NC 1 with a cylindrical hole for front fixing to a shaft of d1= 35 mm of disk I and a cylindrical hole of d’1= 32 mm of disk II:

1) The construction and the basic dimensions of the couplings should correspond to the applied sketch and table


2) Technical parameters, dimensional and joining sizes of the NC and LC couplings
